🥙 2 pieces of lavash bread

Instructions
1- Prepare Lavash:
- Lay two pieces of lavash bread flat on a wooden cutting board.
- Ensure each lavash piece is ready to be topped.
2- Divide and Spread Mince:
- Divide the beef mince into two portions.
- Spread each portion thinly over one half of each lavash piece, ensuring a consistent layer.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
3- Cook Mince on Lavash:
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high on an induction hob.
- Carefully place the lavash, mince-side down, in the pan using tongs.
